On May 28th, the MSc in Applied Sports Coaching is pleased to host a public Open Evening discussing insights into coaching and empowering young athletes.
The evening begins with Ireland Under 21 football coach Jim Crawford, discussing lessons learned on his coaching journey.
The second session will feature MSc Applied Sports Coaching graduates Angela Griffin and Anna-Marie McCarthy who will discuss how clubs can keep teenage girls in sport.
The final session will involve a Q&A with the three speakers fielding questions from the floor.
Who should attend?
The focus of the evening is on quality coaching – lessons that can applied across a wide range of sports. As such, coaches from all sports are encouraged to attend.
Where is the talk on?
The talk will be hosted in the PESS Building at the University of Limerick. Tickets are free, but need to be reserved. You can book your ticket here.
