PESS staff member Dr Caoimhe Tiernan recently had an article published on RTÉ Brainstorm: Can your saliva show if you’re at risk of catching a cold?

Caoimhe discussed:

  • Does exercise increase the risk of catching a cold?
  • Markers which indicated when sportspeople were more susceptible to getting sick.
