The research team consisted of Drs Sean Healy, Elaine Murtagh, Ian Sherwin, Phil Kearney, Frank Nugent and Alan Dineen (PhD student), who worked in close partnership with Paralympics Ireland. The research is the most comprehensive examination to date of Para sport participation in Ireland. The findings help shape Paralympics Ireland new 10-year strategy.
