Publication: Development and Initial Validation of the Teaching Multiple School Subjects Role Conflict Scale (TMSS-RCS)

Research Impact: There has been no published instrument for measuring role conflict experienced in enacting dual teaching positions, or roles, within a school. This study developed and validated the Teaching Multiple School Subjects Role Conflict Scale, an instrument to measure inter-role conflict between the roles of teaching Physical Education and another school subject(s).
